“Join dance artist Tara Cheyenne for a workshop designed to celebrate living in our amazing bodies. The workshop will focus on playful sensation, curiosity and pleasure and lean away from damaging systems that dictate how we should feel about our bodies. We will improvise movement that is unique to each of us, and include our voices through nonsense, laughter and sharing.”
