This is a monthly series. Pre-registration is required.
The class is designed to invigorate and wake you up. It will be a movement based class, suitable for ALL levels. Be prepared to sweat as you build your strength & flexibility.
Refund Policy: Refund of 100% is available up to 3 weeks prior to training. Refund of 75 % is available up to 2 weeks prior to training. Less the 2 weeks (14 days) no refund available.
